Here we have a new Excel 220 Bay Pro 22' 3" Aluminum Bay Boat heading out to its new home. This one is powered by a 200 HP ProXS V8 Mercury Outboard. These V8s have an absolutely incredible amount of power and torque. On the bow is a Minnkota 80# thrust 24-volt Terrova I-Pilot trolling motor. In the dash is a Humminbird Helix 7 GPS and fishfinder. The Steering on this boat was upgraded to Teleflex SeaStar Hydraulic Steering. Along with a 3 bank onboard charger, to charge all the batteries in the boat, and interstate trolling motor and cranking batteries. Another GatorTail Extreme Series rig going out, this one is for a customer right here in the Lake Charles / Sulphur area. This one is a GatorTail 1748 Extreme Series with a GatorTail 25 XD BigBlock. This combination really makes for a great running rig for getting into the reserves that have hp restrictions. Although not as fast as the GatorTail 40XD the GatorTail 25 XD BigBlock performs well even with a load. When we tested this particular boat it ran 21-22mph with two not skinny guys and some gear, not bad at all.

Lake testing a new 215 XTS Nautic Star Bay Boat before it heads to its new home in Beaumont, Tx. These boats really run and perform well with the 150 Yamaha outboard motor. This one is rigged with a MinnKota 80 Terrova I-Pilot trolling motor, 3 bank onboard charger, Simrad G07 GPS/Fishfinder, and Bimini Top.

Repowering this Pontoon with a pair of 115 hp Mercury Fourstroke Outboard Motors. According to the customer, the new Mercury Outboard motors push this party barge pontoon faster at part throttle than the prior Suzuki Outboards did at wide open. Jerry’s Marine won the Service CSI Award for its ongoing commitment to providing exemplary customer service based on the responses of customers who had warranty work performed at the dealership during the past year.
